Innes England to open Pride Park office

Commercial property consultancy Innes England will today (18 September) relocate its Derby operation to Pride Park following a period of growth.

The firm has been based in St James Court, Friar Gate, but will take up new premises at 7 Riverside Court at the popular business park from Friday as it continues to expand its offering to clients.

Director Gary Woodward heads up the Derby office. He said: “We’ve been looking at moving our operation in Derby for some time and Riverside Court fits the bill perfectly for our growing team.

“We are moving to a totally open plan, modern layout which is more in line with the way we function as a business with our team of experts working together to deliver the very best for our clients.

“Over the past few weeks, our in-house building consultancy team has been working hard to ensure that the new premises are ready for us to move in and we are all very excited to be able announce our plans.”

The move comes as part of the firm’s strategy for growth within the region and is something Gary believes will benefit its clients across the patch.

“Earlier in the year we moved away from a traditional geographical structure to focus on our four different business areas, which allows us to leverage the expertise of the senior team here as part of our strategy for growth,” added Gary.

“We already have excellent market reach as a firm, but we believe that strategic moves such as this will allow us to even better service clients not only in Derby but further afield thanks to its excellent accessibility.”

Innes England will locate at 7 Riverside Court in Pride Park from 18 September.
