Award-winning design and branding consultancy Imaginate Creative has moved to larger premises in Leamington.

Imaginate, who have worked on some of the largest campaigns in the UK with clients who include global blue chip companies, has opened the doors to its new warehouse studios in Oxford Street, having previously been on Warwick Technology Park.

Founder Joanne Derviller, who launched her company 14 years ago in Warwick town centre, said the move was inspired by the ‘creative presence’ that Leamington has. “There is a vibrant creative environment in Leamington and we wanted a building right in the heart of it, a place where we could build our creative hub, not only for ourselves but somewhere where other creative minds could utilise it too.

“We have a core structure of ‘Imagineers’ and our skill spread is vast, enabling us to undertake diverse and expansive projects across online and offline branding and design development.

“We embrace the importance of brand, and work with clients to develop innovative ideas that inspire and excite, built on strategic thinking and business insight,”

Imaginate’s clients are impressive and include England Rugby, Yaguara Cachaça, World Rugby Museum, ESPN, San Miguel, Major League Baseball, AELTC and England Hockey.

Simon Hain, a director of Leamington-based property consultants ehB Commercial, who handled the deal, said the property was ideal for creative companies, providing a spacious and creative working environment.

He said that Imaginate was keen to promote excellence in design and wanted to collaborate with other creative firms and start-ups. The company has already been joined at their new premises ‘The Warehouse’ by advertising photographer Simon Derviller Photography; social media firm Media Beard, run by Sarah Law; and Deasil, an art gallery and agency for local artists, run by Kate Livingston and Kate Bramwell.

“This new collaborative creative space is a perfect setting for our vision,” said Mrs Derviller. “We’ve been looking for inspiring premises just like these for some time, where the business can continue to flourish and grow, and engage with other likeminded creatives. Simon has done an excellent job in finding us this building.”
