DTZ announces promotions for Bristol and Cheltenham

DTZ has announced 132 promotions across its EMEA business, including one for its Bristol office.

Sarah James-Nock who is part of DTZ’s Bristol-based Retail Asset Management team is now a Senior Surveyor. Sarah joined DTZ a year ago and now manages two shopping centres in Torquay and Port Talbot and three Leisure Parks in Southampton, Leicester and Huddersfield.

In total, DTZ’s Bristol Retail Management team manages 1.75m sq ft of retail space and counts Edinburgh House, Englander Group, Moorgarth, Rank Group Gaming Division amongst its key clients.

DTZ has also announced three promotions for its Cheltenham office.

Peter Marshall is now an Associate Director whilst Janelle Purdie and Jordan Fendick have both been promoted to Senior Surveyor level. All three are part of DTZ’s National Rating team.

Across EMEA 26 new Directors and 38 new Associate Directors have been promoted. A further 68 promotions have been made at Senior Surveyor level or equivalent and below.
