Acting on behalf of SWM Developments Ltd, Fletcher Morgan have sold Systems House, Lamby Way Industrial Estate, Wentloog to Havenhill Ltd.
The property measuring 3,075 sq ft was sold for £200,000.
And on behalf of Adrian Gareth Williams, Fletcher Morgan have let Unit 5 Lambourne Crescent, Cardiff Business Park, Llanishen, to Kathcal Industrial Electronic Repairs.
The property measuring 3,034 sq ft has been let on a 5 year lease, the quoting rent was £20,000 per annum.
