A Welsh insurance brokerage has been shortlisted in the prestigious Money Marketing awards.
Vita, which is based in The Maltings, Cardiff, is the only firm in Wales to be selected for the UK’s ‘Best Protection Adviser’ category.

Co-founders Paul Reed and Barry Pappin were then invited to attend an interview in London where Vita were one of four companies shortlisted.
Vita will now attend an awards ceremony at the Old Billingham in London on June 18.th
Since its launch in 1985, Money Marketing has forged a reputation as one of the UK’s leading source of news for financial services industry.
This is the latest of several accolades that Vita has achieved, having won the Legal and General Business Quality Award as well as being shortlisted for another Money Marketing award in 2012.
Paul Reed, director of Vita, said: “Being shortlisted for a Money Marketing award is a great achievement as it gives recognition to our staff for the great work that they do. This level recognition in such a highly respected and competitive award category provides further credibility and validation to our core aim which is to achieve the best possible outcome for our clients through the delivery of quality advice and a highly personal service.”
Kathy Fox, managing director of The Maltings, said: “We’re always pleased to hear about the successes of our tenants and are delighted for Vita to have been shortlisted. We wish them the best of luck for the awards ceremony.”
