Bed firm makes itself comfortable in Castle Donington warehouse

Mather Jamie has secured an established bed-making firm as the new tenant for a 37,327 ft² show room and warehouse in Castle Donington.

Hypnos, a family-run business which specialises in luxury pocket spring beds, has moved into the former premises of furniture makers Art Forma on Station Road.

The premises will be a dedicated business-to-business site, making and showcasing beds for the hotel industry.

Alex Reid of Mather Jamie comments: “This is an excellent location for Hypnos as the premises occupy a prominent position on the corner of Station Road and Carnival Way, close to other well-known businesses including the Co-op and AvailableCar.com.

“The showroom and factory warehouse, which were purpose-built, offer substantial accommodation and the unit also benefits from ample parking spaces.

“As the unit is situated one mile from the A50 and two miles from the M1 it also benefits from excellent transport links.”

The unit comprises 26,694 sq ft of factory and warehouse space and 5,317 sq ft of office and showroom space to the ground floor, while the first floor benefits from an additional 5,317 sq ft of office and showroom space.
