Associate Director returns to Colliers International South West

Real estate firm Colliers International has welcomed back an associate director who has returned to the firm’s South West regional office.

Nick Williams re-joins the building surveying team in Bristol from Faithful+Gould where he worked as a Managing Building Surveyor. With nearly a decade of experience, Mr Williams’ has previously worked at Colliers International for five years before a short break. A qualified Chartered Surveyor, Mr Williams has been reappointed at Colliers International as Associate Director, covering the whole of the South West region.

Mr Williams, who is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Association for Project Safety (RMaPS) as well as the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC), said: “Colliers is a fantastic place to work, offering its valued employees the autonomy to build new client bases and stamp your own mark in the property sector.
