Global real estate adviser Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has appointed Craig Millward as a partner and head of Hospitality Transactions within its UK Valuation & Advisory Group.
Craig joins Cushman & Wakefield in mid-June from CBRE where he was a Director in the Hotel Brokerage team. Prior to joining CBRE in 2006, Craig worked for Christie & Co.
Cushman & Wakefield’s head of Valuation & Advisory, Rupert Dodson, said: “As market activity in the hospitality sector continues to show a sustained recovery and with the volume of transactions rapidly increasing, we consider that the timing is right to add to the seven-strong specialist Hospitality team in our Valuation & Advisory Group by recruiting a dedicated transactional specialist of Craig’s calibre.”
