Pick Everard, the national independent management, design and construction consultancy is quickly expanding its Cardiff office – having tripled the number of staff it employs since 2012.
The independent management, design and construction consultancy opened from a standing start four years ago looking to expand its multi-professional services into Wales with a number of bases already established across the UK.
Headed up by regional manager, Stuart Brisbane the firm has cemented itself within the Welsh capital but has ambitious plans for growth throughout Wales.
He said: “Pick Everard set up in Cardiff in late 2011 and the business has gone from strength to strength. We aim to build on our success and our plans for continued growth in Wales are ambitious as we strive to expand our services further across the country.
“Pick Everard has a strong client base in Wales having worked with organisations such as Aberystwyth University and South Wales Police on a variety of projects, but this is something we are looking to build on.
“We have started 2015 as we mean to go on, already recruiting one new technical member staff and with several other positions available. We are continuing our work with Careers Wales in providing opportunities under the ‘Jobs Growth Wales Scheme’.
“We are further developing our interaction with the Welsh construction sector and associated Industry groups and our intention is to continue to grow our Welsh base allowing us to further improve our offering to clients in the region.”
Success of the Cardiff office has been based on work with a number of significant clients within Wales as well as in the South West of England.

Pick Everard, was founded 149 years ago and has consistently innovated. Despite the economic downturn, the firm has grown exponentially in the last six years in terms of sectors, workforce and market share. It has opened three new offices and expanded its workforce by 75 in the last two years alone, taking the total number of staff to more than 450.
