Shortland Penn + Moore, which has offices in Birmingham and Coventry, has advised one of the largest property companies in the Midlands on an investment deal.
SP+M’s investment agency director, Jonathan Moore, advised A&J Mucklow (Investments) Ltd on the £2.03 million purchase of a 28,000 sq ft industrial warehouse on Meridian Business Park in Leicester.
The property is currently let on a ten-year lease to a company in the aerospace sector at a rent of £145,000 per annum.
Moore said: “I was aware of A&J Mucklow’s requirements and when this property was brought to me by a contact in the industry, I knew it was ideal for them.
“It meant the whole deal could be concluded very quickly off market and to everyone’s satisfaction.”
