Joint agents Russell Property Consultants and DTZ have secured a letting at Eldonwall Trading Estate to one of the leading distributors of air conditioning and refrigeration products, United Refrigeration (UK) Ltd.
Acting on behalf of Aberdeen Asset Management, United Refrigeration has agreed a ten year lease on Unit 5 at Eldonwall Trading Estate. The unit comprises 4,510 sq ft of industrial / trade counter space and will operate as United Refrigeration’s South West Branch.
The deal follows a flurry of lettings at the estate which include Euro Car Parts, Imax Lighting and Bristol Window Centre. Located in St Phillips, Eldonwall Trading Estate is one of the most accessible estates in this well known commercial location and recently underwent an extensive refurbishment programme.
