Traffic management company gets green light

A national traffic management company has the green light to move into new premises on a busy Salisbury industrial estate.

The two-storey unit on Norton Enterprise Park at Churchfields was successfully let by Myddelton & Major to Centurion Traffic Management.

Centurion, a national traffic management company, agreed terms with Myddelton & Major for the premises on an asking rent of £7,000 per annum.

Rachael Ward, Chartered Surveyor at Myddelton & Major, said: “Centurion is the latest leading national company to see the benefits of taking space in Salisbury.

“Norton Enterprise Park and Churchfields Industrial Estate are becoming increasingly in demand for all types and sizes of businesses.

“We are currently progressing a number of lease deals both on Salisbury’s industrial estates and the city centre.”

Myddelton & Major successfully negotiated a new five-year full repairing and insuring lease with Centurion Traffic Management for the 1,175 sq ft (109 sq m) unit 13 at Norton Enterprise Park.

The park is in Whittle Road on the Churchfields Industrial Estate. Norton Enterprise Park has 22 factory and warehouse units.

Centurion is based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, and also has offices in Brighton. It intends to use the unit for storage space.

Myddelton & Major has recently successfully let other warehouse space on Churchfields and has also received a series of instructions to market other vacant properties.
