Burston Cook completes three shop lettings in Bristol

Burston Cook has recently completed three shop lettings in Bristol.

Acting on behalf of Mr and Mrs Pelter Burston Cook has negotiated the letting of shop premises at 43/45 Park Street, Bristol. The shop totals an area in terms of zone A of approximately 1,148 sq ft and was let on the basis of a new FRI lease for a term of 10 years and subject to a 5 year tenants only break clause at a rent of £60,000 per annum, exclusive. The tenants, Artline Ltd were represented by WRC.

On behalf of a private pension fund Burston Cook has let the ground floor shop of Mariner House, Prince Street. The property comprising a ground floor retail shop totalling 608 sq ft (56.5 sq m) was let to N Patel Esq on the basis of a new FRI lease for a term of 10 years with a 5 year tenants only break clause at a rent of £17,000 per annum, exclusive. The tenants were not represented.

And on behalf of Farthingford Propeties Ltd Burston Cook has let 74 Whiteladies Road, Clifton. The property providing a ground floor lock up shop of 94.5 sq m (1017 sq ft) with basement ancillary stores of approximately 77.sq m (834 sq ft). To let by way of a new tenure FRI lease at a rent of £38,200 per annum, exclusive to include four car spaces. The tenants, Chalon Bristol Ltd were not represented.
