Pure Commercial Finance has continued to strengthen its senior management team with the appointment of Jamie Ringer as business development director.
The former Welsh rugby international has since retiring from the game, gained extensive experience of commercial finance during previous roles and through his own property development projects. Jamie is the seventh member of staff to join Pure since its launch just 18 months ago and his role will include developing the company’s client base and targeting businesses seeking bridging finance and property development loans.
Ben Lloyd, director of Pure Commercial Finance welcomed Jamie saying: “Jamie joins Pure at an exciting time. We are still a relatively new company in a competitive marketplace but already funding on average £3.5m month and have made significant in-roads in terms of market share. Demand for products to finance commercial property purchases and developments has increased and will continue to do so hence us recruiting Jamie with specific knowledge of this sector.”
Prior to joining Pure, Jamie has worked for two local finance companies and said of his new appointment, “I have worked with Ben and his team whilst in my previous role and was impressed by the quality of their customer service and products. The future plans for the company are exciting and I’m delighted to be joining the team and look forward to continuing to build and work on a healthy pipeline of referral business, through our network of intermediaries across the UK.”
