A loft conversion specialist has opened a new showroom in one of Cardiff’s most established shopping centres.
Loft Pro, which has customers in Cardiff, Gwent, Bristol and Bath, has opened a 650 sq ft central base in the Capitol Shopping Centre. As part of its expansion, Loft Pro has created a new role to manage its new site.
Established in 2012, the company offers a tailor made design solution for each customer’s additional space requirements, implemented by specialist loft experts and its technical services department.
From a home visit and creating the initial design concept to the building control sign off, customers have a central point of contact at the store, ensuring the process runs as smoothly as possible.
The new store will offer state-of-the-art digital technology, providing clients with a sophisticated 3D image displaying the new design in advance of its build. This displays the final look and feel of the loft and enables customers to add any additional amendments before the loft crew’s arrival on site.
Loft Pro shares its new premises with Paramount Sliding Doors, a bespoke interior installation specialist, which also has a showroom based in Abercynon. While operating independently, Loft Pro and Paramount work together to ensure clients can tailor their new loft spaces.
