Architectural design consultancy wins major distribution depot contract

One of the East Midlands’ leading architectural design and property consultants, The Martin Design Partnership (TMDP), has been awarded a major contract to design and project manage a new chill store, packing and loading dock extension on behalf of international fruit marketing and distribution company, Worldwide Fruits.

The £2.5m project, which is being built on land adjacent to Worldwide Fruits’ existing premises in Spalding will, at 30900.00 feet,become one of the largest distribution depot in Lincolnshire and house a new loading dock area designed to European specification and a state-of-the-art temperate controlled chill store.

Building on its vast experience within the food manufacturer sector and a long established relationship with Worldwide Fruits, Leicestershire based TMDP is providing a full service package that includes architectural design, contract administration and project management services.
