International healthcare software company relocate in Chandlers Ford

RioMed, the international healthcare software company, have relocated to larger offices after having purchased a 3 storey office building at 18 East Links, Tollgate Business Park, Chandlers Ford that was being marketed by Keygrove Chartered Surveyors and BNP Paribas.  The 2,741 sq ft air conditioned office building with 10 car parking spaces was on the market with Keygrove and BNP Paribas at a guide price of £362,500. Maughan Mitchell Chartered Surveyors handled negotiations on behalf of RioMed.

Andrew Archibald, Director of Keygrove Chartered Surveyors says “Well located freehold offices are becoming increasingly hard to find as the economy improves and particularly as government policy has been to encourage conversion of offices into residential use.  Tollgate Business Park is a very popular business location with excellent access to both the M3 & M27 motorways.

Mario Mohammed, Managing Director of RioMed says “Tollgate is a perfect location for our business as we work closely with the NHS all over the country and the motorway, railway station and airport are all within close proximity.”
