Acting on behalf of a private landlord client Vickery Holman have recently concluded the letting of 32, Market Street, Falmouth to the well known clothing brand – Joules – adding to their growing network of 80 stores.
The property, which was formerly occupied by Clinton Cards has been comprehensively refurbished and reconfigured by the new owners to provide a retail shop with lower ground floor storage plus a series of student flats on the upper parts. A further scheme to provide further residential accommodation to the rear will follow in due course.
The shop let to Joules provides approximately 120 sq m (1,250 sq ft) of retail accommodation plus storage and staff facilities and was let at an undisclosed rental off an asking rent of £45,000 per annum.
