Barnsley Trade Park Reaches full occupancy of trade units

Barnsley Trade Park has reached full occupancy with all its trade units now let. The speculatively built site has proved to be a huge success despite the difficult market conditions of recent years and occupiers include many leading national brands such as Jewson, Screwfix, Toolstation, Yesss Electrical, Euro Car Parts and Halfords.  The final 2,800 sq ft trade unit was let to Eurocell, a UPVC systems market leader.

Jonathon White, Associate Partner at Sanderson Weatherall said; “Barnsley Trade Park has proved extremely popular, the units have been of the highest quality and the location has been much sought after.  The calibre of the tenants, speaks for itself and it is gratifying to see that such a development which was built speculatively during some challenging economic conditions, has paid off.”

In addition to the trade units, Greggs and Subway occupy retail outlets at the front of the park with one remaining retail unit extending to 1,100 sq ft still available.  A further 2 acres of storage land is also available at the rear of the site.
