New occupiers sign up to Llantrisant Road scheme

Two occupiers have signed up to a development scheme in Cardiff in deals secured by DTZ’s Cardiff office on behalf of JM Properties Ltd.

Domino’s Pizza and Heath Veterinary Group have signed agreement to leases for the Radyr Court, Llantrisant Road development which is located approximately two miles north west of Cardiff city centre in close proximity to the BBC Wales headquarters, with prominent frontage to the A4119 and directly to the rear of the Co-op food store and petrol forecourt.

Domino’s has agreed to a 20 year lease on 1,000 sq ft of A3 accommodation, whilst Cardiff Pet Health Limited has also taken a 15 year lease on 900 sq ft of space at the development.

JM Properties Ltd said: “We are very pleased to be developing the Radyr Court site in this tough economic climate and are confident that the quality of the location and the pre-let tenants will see the two speculative units let in the near future.”

Andrew Gibson, Senior Surveyor at DTZ in Cardiff commented: “We are delighted to have secured these occupiers for the Radyr Court development scheme. Once complete, this will be a well located roadside development on a busy arterial route which will provide the immediate population with new convenient amenities.”

There are two units remaining at the scheme, which is expected to complete in March 2012, extending to 330 sq ft and 1,500 sq ft.
