Acting on behalf of LPA Receivers at CBRE, Keningtons have let 1a Lancaster House, Edison Park to HPAS Ltd. who trade as Safe Style UK. The ground floor office unit of 2,550 sq.ft. has been taken by Safe Style on a new 10 year lease, with a fifth year tenant break. Richard Short, Company Secretary and Head of Customer Standards at Safe Style, comments “Safe Style are the number 1 supplier and fitter of UPVC doors and windows in the UK and these new offices allow for a relocation and expansion of our Swindon sales team”.
