Office agency team finds space for new recruit

National commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed a new office agent for the East Midlands working out of both Nottingham and Leicester offices.

Stuart Hortop joins the East Midlands team from Loveitts, in Coventry, where he was employed as a graduate surveyor in the commercial department.

The Nottingham Trent University graduate, who gained a degree in Planning and Property Development, is the latest member of staff to be appointed to the well-established team which is led by LSH director of office agency Jane Taylor.

She said: “Stuart is a talented and committed young surveyor whose skills are the perfect complement for our existing staff.

His enthusiasm and experience will enhance the team as we continue to grow and gain more clients in what is an improving market.”

Stuart, who has worked for a number of years in the property industry, said he was excited at the prospect of progressing his career at LSH.

“Joining a company the size of Lambert Smith Hampton gives me plenty of opportunities to extend my knowledge and undertake a wide variety of projects,” he said. “I’m really pleased to be given the chance to progress my career at such a respected and dynamic company.”

LSH is a national commercial property consultancy that works with investors, developers and occupiers across the public and private sectors, and it is single-mindedly focused on UK and Irish property markets.
