The two storey self contained office building was to let at a quoting rent of £24,000 per annum and was located only a quarter of a mile away from junction 25 of the M5 motorway. The property had a net internal area of 179.04 sq m (1,926 sq ft) of office accommodation over the two floors. Outside there was allocated parking for 9 vehicles.
