Ginsters expands its northern depot with DTZ

National cornish pasty and sandwich manufacturer Ginsters, which is a trading division of national food manufacturer Samworth Brothers, has expanded its northern depot by relocating to new and larger premises at Eurolink Industrial Estate in Normanton.

Eurolink Industrial Estate, which is owned and managed by Peloton Properties, forms part of Normanton Industrial Estate, which is strategically located just off Junction 31 of the M62 motorway.

Ginsters has doubled the size of their northern depot and acquired a 5,500 sq ft warehouse / industrial unit on a 10 year lease. .

Paul Mack, DTZ’s Head of the Yorkshire Industrial and Logistics team who negotiated the deal, comments: “Eurolink Industrial Estate provides a modern and secure industrial estate in a prime location within the region. The presentation and quality of the estate / units together with the direct access on to the national motorway network provided the perfect fit for Ginsters and we are delighted to land such a household name.”
