Following the closure of Castes Kitchens Limited in September 2013 insolvency practitioners Lamey’s was appointed to put the company into liquidation. At this stage Vickery Holman were instructed by Lamey’s to dispose of the freehold interest in the building at Estover Close, Estover, Plymouth.

The property was marketed at offers in excess of £450,000 and has just been sold to Classic Builders, who are a local building firm, for an undisclosed sum.
