BNP Paribas Real Estate appoints Bristol head of valuation

BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Richard Clark as head of Bristol valuation from Jones Lang LaSalle. Alongside Richard, the company has also appointed Andrew Shoubridge as a senior surveyor from DTZ.

Richard has considerable experience in the provision of valuation advice for secured lending purposes acting for clearing banks, building societies, financial institutions and developers. His work involves valuing commercial, mixed use and residential assets, primarily for funding purposes. However, he also provides expert witness advice to solicitors and insurers in respect of alleged negligence situations. In addition, Richard is a NARA registered LPA Receiver and advises banks and lenders in finding solutions to over indebted real estate assets in the South West. Prior to his time at JLL, Richard worked at DTZ for 13 years.

BNP Paribas Real Estate’s head of Bristol and national head of debt advisory, Patrick Pryce, comments: “These appointments follow our growth strategy for the Bristol office.
