Acting on behalf of the Receivers, Goadsby have let Suite 1 of the first floor of Latimer House to Wild Recruitment Ltd on a new 6 year lease. This first floor office which is located in Poole Town Centre extends to approximately 1,650 sq ft and the quoting rental was only £7.50 per sq ft exclusive.
