One of Wales’ largest independent insurance brokers, Prescott Jones, has strengthened its team with the appointment of a new front-of-house manager.
Charlotte Reynolds, 24, from Sketty, will be based in the company’s Swansea headquarters and will manage front of house duties, including running the switchboard and dealing with personal insurance enquiries.
Mrs Reynolds began her career in the insurance industry aged 17. After spending five years at Swansea-based broker Thomas and Byrne, she moved to Enterprise Insurance before undertaking a role at Prescott Jones at the beginning of this year.
As part of her new position, she will also be working closely with Sales and Marketing Director, Paul Gardner, to implement marketing campaigns across the company’s three offices in Swansea, Cardiff and Bristol.

Having worked in the insurance industry for eight years, she has an excellent grounding in both commercial and personal insurance. I am confident she will thrive in this new role and I’m looking forward to working with her on the marketing and sales strategy.
