Two new staff as expanding payroll bureau moves offices

Expanding company PW Payroll Solutions (PWPS) has taken on two new members of staff after relocating offices.

Ben Pilley and Nancy Ryder have joined the BACS registered payroll bureau as Payroll Administrators.

Their recruitment coincides with PWPS moving to the offices of parent company Princecroft Willis, the chartered accountants and business advisers, in Poole, Dorset.

Ben, who lives in the Poole area, coaches junior football at AFC Burton in his spare time. A keen runner he is also taking part in this year’s North Dorset Village and also Purbeck marathons.

Nancy has lived in the Bournemouth area since 1979 and has had a varied career including Post Office manager, HM Revenue & Customs staff trainer and a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) assessor. Outside work her hobbies include longbow archery.

Formerly based in New Milton, Hampshire, PWPS has been providing payroll solutions to a range of businesses in the South for more than 20 years.

The bureau now employs seven people and is looking to take on a further two.

Mandy Gardiner, Head of Payroll Services, said: “We need new staff to cope with a growth in demand for our services.

“More businesses are deciding to outsource their payroll responsibilities and are looking for an experienced provider which offers a personal service.

“Employers are feeling the pressure of not just having to understand and comply with new legislation surrounding payroll and pensions but also the repercussions if they get it wrong. Put all this together and you can understand why outsourcing is becoming more attractive as a solution,” Mandy added.

Princecroft Willis has offices in Poole and New Milton and offers a full range of accounting services from audit to taxation.

Locally based, independent and with strong community roots, the firm has ten partners and more than 100 team members.
