One of Taunton’s longest serving commercial surveyors Mr David Kerr MRICS has announced his retirement and plans to pursue his passion for sailing having recently moved to the Solent in Hampshire. For the last 14 years, David has been a member of the commercial team at Chesterton Humberts and worked for other local firms before that.
Head of the commercial department Stephen Richards commented “The town will miss David’s professionalism and expertise. Over the years he has worked with and assisted the majority of the professional firms in the town and a vast range of clients. David has been succeeded by Mr Tim Jeffery MRICS who also has a strong reputation and an excellent experience of the local market”.
