Chesterton Humberts have recently agreed the lettings of Units 3B and 3C Millwey Rise Industrial Estate, Weycroft Avenue on the edge of Axminster. Unit 3B was a mid terrace industrial unit extending to 89.14 sq m (959 sq ft) with Unit 3C also being mid terrace and extending to 87.69 sq m (943 sq ft). Both were available at quoting rents of £5,500 per annum plus VAT.
