CBRE, the global real estate advisor, can today announce the appointment of Pippa Rangecroft to its UK Property and Asset Management (PAM) business as a Director within its Retail Management team.
Pippa will be based in London with overall responsibility for the management of Centre:mk, Milton Keynes. Reporting into John Prestwich, Head of Retail Management of UK PAM, Pippa will assist in overseeing an onsite team of 12 individuals.
Pippa joins CBRE from MJ Mapp where she was an Associate Director. Prior to this, Pippa was a Director at EFM Asset Management, spent 14 years at Threadneedle, latterly as an Associate Director, and five years at Sun Alliance Group Properties rising to an Associate during her tenure.
CBRE manages 43 shopping centre properties in the UK, including Cribbs Causeway, Manchester Arndale and Centre:mk, Milton Keynes.
