GVA demonstrates commitment to Liverpool as it announces relocation to 4 St Paul’s Square

GVA has further demonstrated its commitment to the Liverpool City Region as the independent property consultancy relocates its Liverpool Office to the English Cities Fund’s 4 St Paul’s Square, on a 10 year lease.

On the relocation, Patrick Whitby, Regional Senior Director and head of GVA’s Liverpool office, commented: “Our Liverpool team has expanded significantly over the past two years and we are delighted to announce our impending move to larger premises at 4 St Paul’s Square. This follows an expansion of our services in Merseyside and further strengthens our regional network.”

The office relocation also follows a wider corporate growth plan throughout GVA’s national network of offices and teams. GVA recently relocated to larger higher spec accommodation in Manchester, and it will also relocate its existing Mayfair London HQ into The City of London before 2015.

The growth of the company throughout the UK is owed largely to its debt for equity swap 18 months ago which has allowed it to invest heavily in strengthening its national teams. Having reported a leap in end of year profits and a major reduction of its debt, the company is riding high on confidence.

To add to this, GVA is just 10 months away from becoming a debt-free business.

Patrick adds: “Relocations such as ours in Liverpool are essential for the future growth of the company not just in Liverpool, but throughout the North-West region and the wider UK.”

The Liverpool relocation is scheduled for January 2014.
