The floor measures approximately 1,841 sq ft and has proved to be the ideal offices for Talk Design & Print.
Capitol House is located on Bridge Street (close to the Chesil Rectory) and offers a total of 7,500 sq ft over four floors. Previous tenants of the building include Hampshire County Council and Zurich.
