James Chapman to lead Cushman & Wakefield’s central European capital markets team

Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest privately-owned real estate adviser, announced today that James Chapman, Partner and previous head of Capital Markets in Czech Republic & Slovakia, has been appointed to head up the firm’s Capital Markets team for Central Europe (Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary & Slovakia). James takes over from Charles Taylor who previously led the Central European Capital Markets team before he was appointed Managing Partner of the firm’s Polish office 1st July 2013.

James Chapman joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Prague office in 2001 and has led the Capital Markets team for the Czech Republic and Slovakia for the past seven years. Notable recent successes include the sale of The Park for Aberdeen. He has also previously worked in the firm’s London office and will now relocate to Warsaw.

James Chapman graduated in Real Estate Management from Nottingham Trent University and is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
