BNP Paribas Real Estate appoints new head of Bristol office

BNP Paribas Real Estate has appointed Patrick Pryce, who is currently BNPPRE’s national head of debt advisory, as its new head of Bristol.

Pat will continue in his daily role as national head of debt advisory, as part of the valuation business line but will also take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Bristol office.

Patrick joined BNPPRE in February 2013 from West Bromwich Building Society, where he was an account director. Prior to this, he was a regional director at Alliance & Leicester Commercial Bank.

BNP Paribas Real Estate’s head of the Midlands & South region, Paul Rixon, comments: “Pat brought with him his strong track record in the financial and real estate industry and over 25 years’ experience. In the time that he has been at the company, he has already successfully expanded the Birmingham valuation team and has been managing the valuation team in Bristol since May.”

“Bristol is our third biggest regional office and offers to clients agency and development advice, valuation, recovery & restructuring, lease advisory, consultancy, project management, building consultancy and property management. We also have a market leading CPO and infrastructure team that advises infrastructure providers and affected landowners based in Bristol,” added Rixon.

Speaking of his appointment, Patrick added: “I am delighted to be stepping up to this challenge. We have some exciting plans for investment in our Bristol office and intend to make a greater impact on the local market over the coming months and years.”
