Hat trick of deals for Bruton Knowles

Bruton Knowles has completed a trio of property deals in Nottingham.

The property firm has sold 56 Northgate, a 600 sq ft unit comprising ground floor retail space and first floor residential accommodation, to a local private retailer for £60,000 on behalf of the vendor, an asset manager.

Bruton Knowles has sold a second retail and residential property at 437a Alfreton Road. The 550 sq ft three-storey building was bought by a private investor for £70,000. Bruton Knowles advised the vendor, an asset manager.

To complete the trio, Bruton Knowles has completed the sale of the freehold shop and flat at 71 Haydn Road to a private investor for £75,000.

Sam Spencer, associate in the agency team at Bruton Knowles in Nottingham, said: “All of these properties are situated in busy residential areas, making them ideal for local retail use and lettable upstairs accommodation make them sound investments for the new owners.”
