Business and media insurance broker, Creative Risk Solutions, has appointed Steve Morgan to the role of Account Broker as it seeks to grow its share of the commercial insurance market in Wales and the south west of England.
With over 14 years’ experience in insurance broking, Mr Morgan, from Caldicot joins from Oval Insurance in Bristol and will be based at Creative Risk’s offices at the Capital Retail Park in Leckwith, Cardiff. He will be responsible for looking after the insurance and risk management needs of a portfolio of the company’s existing clients as well as helping to develop new business.
Commenting on the appointment, Managing Director of Creative Risk Solutions, Jan Wilkins, said “We’ve enjoyed a strong year of growth but have ambitions to further increase our revenue line. Steve brings with him a wealth of experience across many of the key industry sectors that we specialise in insuring such as waste management, manufacturing and hospitality. Also with the south west of England being a key area for us, his knowledge of that market will be invaluable in helping us to increase our client base there.”
