The property is somewhat of a local landmark being the historic former Smiths Crisps factory.
Having overcome some stiff competition for the property from a wide range of potential purchasers and users, the property was eventually secured by local investors / developers Tombar Ltd.
The property extends to approximately 3,440 sq ft on a site of 0.23 acres. Tombar Ltd have acquired the freehold interest at the quoting price of £180,000 + VAT.
