CBRE advise iSmash on first UK high street store

CBRE has advisediSmash, the smartphone repair specialists, on their first UK high street store.

iSmash has taken a 1,168 sq ft store on the Kings Road in Chelsea, London. The store is due to open on the 12 August which will coincide with the launch of their e-commerce site. The high-end repair service operator has plans to open around 20 new stores in the next 18 months. Once established in London they will seek franchise opportunities across the UK.

Neil Davies, Director at CBRE said, “With over 25 million touchscreen devices across London there is a gap on the High Street for a trusted brand offering this service. Landlords are also picking up on this appetite with many offering favourable terms for the start up retailer.”

iSmash will deliver secure on site repairs by professionally trained iSmash technicians to touch screen devices from Apple, Samsung to Blackberry. The stores have a modern airy, sleek design which is in line with the professional and trusted service which they offer. They will carry large display touch screens on which technical advice and interactive content will be displayed and a demo area for the app-enabled products which they carry.
