The former Kalotax unit at the Equity Trade Centre in Swindon has been sold to a company supplying specialist hire equipment to industry professionals.
Alder King acted on behalf of Administrators Grant Thornton to sell the long leasehold of Unit 16 to Ash Safety. The property was purchased by way of the assignment of a 999 long leasehold interest.
Unit 16 is a mid terrace 1,637 sq ft industrial unit, with ground floor industrial space and first floor office space.
Ash Safety will use the new unit to supply specialist hire equipment and servicing to customers in Wiltshire.
