CBRE expands hotels business through addition of Tri Hospitality Consulting team

CBRE today announces that TRI Hospitality Consulting (“TRI”), one of Europe’s leading hotel consultancy practices, is joining CBRE Hotels EMEA, further strengthening its consultancy practice.

TRI’s team, which is led by the highly respected Jonathan Langston and David Bailey, will work alongside Graham Windle and the existing consultancy practice. This move will significantly extend CBRE Hotels’ capabilities in professional services, investment advisory, feasibility studies and operational asset management.

CBRE Hotels advises some of the world’s leading investors, lenders, developers and operators of hospitality assets providing advice on the sale, valuation, financing, development and asset management of hotels. The expansion of its consultancy practice follows the recently announced strategic appointments of Dominic Murray (Senior Director), Paul Collins (Head of Brokerage UK & Ireland) and Catherine Rawanduzi (Head of Hotels, France).
