BB&J Commercial has announced the successful sale of Kable House, Langley Mill, Derbyshire on behalf of its client Tilotte Properties Limited.
The substantial hybrid office and storage premises have been purchased by Pattern Imprinted Concrete Supplies Ltd, a specialist provider of industrial coatings, surface preparation and protective finishing solutions.
The company supports clients across construction, engineering and manufacturing, delivering high-quality protective coatings for steelwork, metal fabrications and large-scale industrial components.
Kable House offered the ideal combination of space, flexibility and strategic location to support Pattern Imprinted Concrete Supplies Ltd continued growth and operational requirements.
Cameron Godfrey, Surveyor at BB&J Commercial, commented: “From the outset, it was clear that Kable House represented a rare opportunity in the local market with it comprising a building of genuine scale, with a layout that lends itself perfectly to businesses needing a blend of office accommodation and substantial storage / production space.
This transaction also reflects the continued demand we’re seeing for well-located, versatile industrial premises across the region. Buildings like this don’t come to market often and when they do, they attract strong interest.
I’m delighted we were able to secure a successful outcome for our client and help facilitate the next stage of growth for the new owners.”
A special thanks goes to Chelsie McGahan at Elliot Mather LLP, whose advice and guidance throughout the transaction were invaluable in helping the matter progress smoothly and efficiently.
