New tenant at Chepstow industrial estate

An unnamed tenant has relocated to Severnlink Distribution Centre in Chepstow, south Wales. 

In a deal brokered by the Bristol office of DTZ on behalf of Aberdeen Asset Management, Units 2 and 11 at the estate have been let. In total, the two units comprise circa 20,000 sq ft of warehouse / distribution space and include integrated two storey offices.

Philip Cranstone, Surveyor in industrial agency at DTZ in Bristol, commented: “The occupier required high quality and well presented accommodation with strong motorway links, and Severnlink proved to be the ideal option.”

He added: “There is now just one unit remaining at the scheme, comprising circa 4,000 sq ft, which would suit a storage or distribution occupier.” 

DTZ and M4 Property Consultants are marketing the space on behalf of Aberdeen Asset Management.

Severnlink Distribution Centre is part of Newhouse Farm Industrial Estate and is located adjacent to Junction 2 of the M48 Motorway with easy access to the M4/M5 interchange at Bristol via the original Severn Bridge.
