Leading property consultancy, Fisher German, has acted on behalf of Kinver Capital on the acquisition of a 6.12-acre industrial and open storage site in a strategic position approximately two miles north of Liverpool City Centre.
Errington Works is fully occupied by long-term tenant Centriforce, a recycled plastic fabrication business.
Kinver Capital’s investment recognises the strategic value of site given its position fronting a key arterial route linking Liverpool city centre to the port making it well placed to benefit from nearby developments including Liverpool Waters and the new Everton stadium, as well as future local investment. The asset is single let to a long-standing occupier that has been trading from the site for over 25 years.
The deal represents the latest commercial transaction Fisher German has successfully advised on in Liverpool, and further underpins their detailed knowledge of the North West market.
Dominic Evans, Investment Partner at Fisher German, said: “We are pleased to have secured this attractive IOS opportunity, supporting Kinver Capital’s continued focus on well-located, low site cover IOS assets with strong growth potential across the UK.
“This transaction is an example of our proactive approach toward opportunity identification and working closely with our clients and their advisers to deliver positive outcomes.”
Tom Webb, founder of Kinver Capital, added: “This is a great addition to our IOS portfolio in a strategic Liverpool location. Dominic was instrumental throughout the process, from sourcing the off-market opportunity through to negotiating and ultimately transacting the deal.”
Tim Garnett at Keppie Massey acted for the private client vendor. Solicitors involved were Jon Hobbs of Womble Bond Dickson for the purchaser and Heather Summers at Excello Law for the vendor.
