BTG Eddisons (incorporating Kirkby Diamond) has completed a hat-trick of lettings at a major Buckinghamshire business park, including securing a significant deal with international live experiences specialist RWS Global.
The leading commercial property consultancy has let a 29,626 sq ft warehouse unit at PLP Logistics Business Park in Milton Keynes to RWS Global on a long-term lease, acting on behalf of the landlord.
In a further boost to the scheme, a high-performance engineering occupier has taken two Grade A industrial and logistics units at the business park on Brickhill Road. BTG Eddisons completed the deal for the self-contained facilities, which extend to 30,023 sq ft and 31,737 sq ft respectively.
All three units offer Grade A specification, including eight-metre eaves height and 40-metre self-contained yards, providing flexibility for advanced manufacturing and logistics operations.
PLP Logistics Business Park is a 2.2m sq ft site located adjacent to the A5 and within a 10-minute drive of the M1 at junctions 13 and 14. Positioned within the Oxford-Cambridge Arc, it offers access to 89% of the UK population within a 4.5-hour drive.
Eamon Kennedy, senior partner and head of industrial and logistics at BTG Eddisons in Milton Keynes, said: “These three deals mark a significant milestone for our involvement at PLP MK. We have now introduced occupiers to more than 170,000 sq ft of accommodation. Securing an international occupier such as RWS Global highlights the strength of the scheme and its appeal to high-quality businesses.
“Other occupiers introduced to the scheme include KWC and Huel along with the high performance company that recently took occupation of over 60,000 sq ft.”
Paul Quy, partner in industrial and logistics at BTG Eddisons, said: “The Milton Keynes market continues to see strong levels of demand, particularly for modern, well-located Grade A space. Supply remains relatively constrained, especially for larger units, and developments such as PLP MK are well placed to capture ongoing occupier requirements from both logistics and advanced engineering sectors.”
RWS Global operates internationally, with headquarters in New York, London, Cincinnati, Shanghai, Orlando, Sydney and Riyadh, alongside dedicated studio facilities in New York City and the UK. The company delivers end-to-end creative and operational services across entertainment and sport, producing more than one million live experiences each day and employing over 8,000 people worldwide.
The latest transactions reinforce BTG Eddisons’ strong track record in the industrial and logistics sector and highlights Milton Keynes’ continued appeal as a hub for innovation, engineering and distribution excellence.
