BNP Paribas Real Estate has continued its recruitment drive by appointing Nick Waddington as national head of industrial agency from CBRE.
Nick, who will be based between the company’s Birmingham and London offices, has a strong track record with nearly 20 years’ experience. Over the last few years alone, he has advised on more than 3.8m sq ft of industrial space.
Providing advice on acquisition, disposals and industrial development, Nick acts for pension funds, property development companies, corporate clients and private individuals. His experience ranges from large scale industrial and distribution properties to multi-tenanted industrial estates.

This appointment follows BNP Paribas Real Estate’s recent recruitment of Patrick Heaps as head of retail from Drivers Jonas Deloitte, Simon Williams as head of retail investment also from Drivers Jonas Deloitte, Adrian Owen as UK head of residential consulting from Montagu Evans, Nadir Khan-Juhoor as director and head of the Edinburgh office agency from Knight Frank, David Herzog as a senior director in West End office agency and several other senior directors.
