Two new lettings at Clifton Court reinforce scheme’s position as established Cambridge office hub

Two new lettings at Clifton Court have further strengthened the scheme’s position within the Cambridge office market.

Gaming technology company Neatframe Ltd has expanded within the complex, relocating from Unit CC9 doubling its footprint to two refurbished first-floor suites, and a ground floor unit, totalling 5,292 sq ft to support its continued growth. Separately, used goods retailer WeBuyVintage has completed on 1,721 sq ft of additional office space at the scheme.

These two new lettings have released unit CC9 as available, a 2,542 sq ft office building which is set to be refurbished and will be available for occupation from the summer. Including eight dedicated parking spaces and significant road frontage, this open-plan accommodation over two floors will be available at a guiding rent of £37 per square foot.

Approximately one mile from Cambridge city centre and within walking distance of the train station, Clifton Court is a sought-after office location near Cambridge Leisure which is already home to a series of occupiers including Reed, Lanpro, Curtins, Dartington Wealth, Feilden & Mawson, DVSA and Brown & Co.

Jerry Fuller, from SJK Properties, the landlord, comments: ““Neatframe’s expansion on Clifton Court goes to show the company’s commitment to the complex and how the right accommodation can help to support business growth within a given location. In addition, the arrival of WeBuyVintage is demonstrative of the key attributes of the scheme – parking, own front door and affordability near the station”

Cheffins and Savills are appointed joint letting agents for the scheme.
