Industrial & Logistics specialist Erdgard Development, in partnership with the Richardson family business has submitted a planning application for a new £51m GDV industrial and logistics scheme in Brackmills, Northampton.
Platform, Brackmills will deliver three units on a 11.5-acre site. The total GIA IS 186,237 sq ft across three units of 46,436 sq ft, 63,669 sq ft and 76,133 sq ft.
If approved, the BREEAM Excellent-rated units will be available for occupation in Quarter 3 2027.
