Salloway Property Consultants have announced the letting of Unit 11, Merlin Park, Derby, to electrical contractors MPS Group, who have taken occupation by way of a new five-year lease at the property.
Forming part of Ivygrove Developments’ highly successful Merlin Park, Unit 11 extends to 2,713 sq. ft. and was completed to a shell specification, with the tenant undertaking their own fit-out works to create a modern operational base to support the continued growth of their business.
